Product Support Specialist - Entry Level

Novaspect, Inc, an Emerson Local Business Partner, the global leader of process systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an entry level Product Support Specialist to join our fast paced, customer orientated Field Services team in our Schaumburg, IL location. The successful candidate would assist our Control System engineering customers and project teams in the development, delivery, on-going maintenance and optimization of our state of the art process control solutions for our industrial customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

	Identification, solution development, and consulting in relation to customer process control equipment issues.
	Process control equipment startup.
	Measurement devices and valve communication checkout and startup.
	Maintenance training.
	Providing process control equipment phone support.
	Effective and prompt response to customer requests or inquiries.

Education and/or Experience:

	2-year post-high school technical degree or field experience equivalent
	Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
	General knowledge of drawing software (Visio and AutoCAD)

Additional Requirements:

	Provide clear and effective documentation of services provided to customers.
	Meet project team commitments and deadlines.
	Work independently and as part of customer project team.
	Travel to customer facilities.
